General Questions
Kobikoba is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent shop owners and sellers. We provide the platform where Sellers list their products and Buyers discover them. Kobikoba acts as a medium only — we don't sell products, process payments, or handle shipping. Every transaction happens directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
No. Kobikoba does not own, sell, stock, or ship any product. All products are listed and sold by independent Sellers who operate their own stores on our platform. When you buy something, your contract is with the Seller — not with Kobikoba.
- Browsing — no account needed; anyone can browse products and stores;
- Buying — an account may be required depending on how each Seller handles orders and communication;
- Selling — yes, you must register a Seller account to open a store.
Browsing Kobikoba is completely free. Selling on Kobikoba is Free. Payments between Buyers and Sellers are made directly, so Kobikoba never charges payment processing fees.
For Buyers
- Reading the full product description carefully;
- Checking the Seller's reviews from other buyers;
- Contacting the Seller with any questions before ordering.
- Kobikoba does not process, collect, or handle payments in any way. You pay the Seller directly, using whichever payment method the Seller offers — such as bank transfer, mobile money, cash on delivery, or the Seller's own payment link. Payment arrangements are made between you and the Seller.Safety tip: Never send payment through untraceable methods to unverified parties, and never pay anyone claiming to represent Kobikoba — we will never ask you for money or payment details.
